Ahmed started Rosemount in 2006 after working in financial services for the last 30 years. As CEO he is passionate about his advisers and their clients. Ahmed completed his MBA from Cardiff Business School. Away from work he enjoys running, skiing, scuba diving and watching his beloved Arsenal play at the Emirates.

Zac joined Rosemount full-time in September 2022 after completing a Microbiology degree at Imperial College London. Zac is interested in modernising and automating processes. In his free time he enjoys fishing and is an Arsenal fan.

Anne's favourite part of working at Rosemount is the team and how each day brings a new challenge. She enjoys spending time with her two English Bull Terriers. She is Rosemount's longest-serving team member and loves everything vintage.

Iain enjoys getting involved in different areas of the business. His hobbies include walking, travelling and investing & stock markets. He likes planes and his daughter is an engineer at Airbus.

Paul says it's impossible to narrow down to just one thing he enjoys at Rosemount. In his spare time he likes to buy and sell Subbuteo and football programmes.

Callum enjoys the variety of speaking to advisers and partners daily. His hobbies include football (Crystal Palace fan), golf, paddleball, tennis, quizzes and logic puzzles. Before Rosemount he worked as a security guard at Debenhams.

Jacob's favourite part of working for Rosemount is the diversity and variation in his role. He likes the gym, fishing, darts and anything car related. He's a qualified PADI Advanced Open Water Scuba Diver with over 50 dives.

Alongside banking experience, Ranil served in government for 15+ years, including as Trade Minister and Environment Secretary. He holds a degree from the London School of Economics and spent a year at the Royal College of Defence Studies. He follows geopolitics closely and enjoys watching cricket at Lord's, where he's a member.

Dallas enjoys the friendly, supportive atmosphere of the family-run business. Hobbies include reading, photography and knitting “wonky sweaters.” She grew up in New York, lived in Gibraltar, and has now settled in Hampshire.

Grace loves working with an amazing team where no two days are the same. She enjoys hiking, skiing, the gym, and true crime documentaries — and once visited eight countries in two weeks.

Neshitha enjoys working on varied projects. She plays badminton and goes to the gym, and completed all eight grades of the LAMDA qualification.

Eshaan enjoys Rosemount's welcoming, supportive environment. Outside work he plays football, runs, develops AI agents, DJs, and is a passionate Pokémon card collector.

Sidd enjoys the positive, supportive culture at Rosemount. He enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, travelling, badminton and hosting events, and previously ran his own baking business for three years.

Jess likes being part of a close-knit team. She enjoys reading, walking and time with family and friends, and is currently learning to solve a Rubik's cube.

Aled enjoys the friendly atmosphere (and the office air conditioning in summer). He runs everything from university sprints to marathons and once swam with dolphins in Mexico.

Luke enjoys the supportive team environment and learning a new area of financial services beyond his degree. He goes to the gym, trains in MMA, and has played at Saracens Stadium.

Hamza enjoys the friendly compliance team atmosphere. He likes football, motorsports, snooker, basketball and films, and teaches children go-karting at weekends — one of his students won the British Indoor Karting Championship.

Chloe likes her colleagues and low-pressure environment. She enjoys singing, drawing and baking, and achieved distinction in all four Performing Arts Singing exams at the University of West London.

Jacko enjoys everything about his role. He likes football, Netflix, cycling trips, and investing in stocks and shares.

Davin enjoys Rosemount's fast pace, colleagues and case variety. He plays FIFA and hopes to start his own business one day.

Elliot says the best part of Rosemount is the knowledgeable people he learns from. He enjoys cars, shooting, skiing and the gym, and once captained one of England's best junior clay pigeon shooting teams.

Kavita enjoys the fast-paced, collaborative culture. An avid tennis player, she also runs, hikes, travels and paints in gouache — and completed a 14,000-ft Himalayan trek at age 11.

Rose loves working with advisers to create modern brand designs. She plays guitar and drums, mountain-boards and does fine-line pen drawing, and was featured in the Basingstoke Gazette for her graphic design work.

Zack loves the friendly, fast-paced environment. He enjoys video games and is a QPR fan — he once played in a tournament representing QPR at Wembley Stadium.

Angel loves the friendly, supportive environment. She enjoys crocheting, music and the gym, and once won an air fryer at bingo.

André loves that no day is the same, speaking with advisers daily, and the trust placed in him by senior leadership. Outside work he serves and plays an instrument in his church in Reading.

Stephen enjoys the team environment and collaborating with colleagues. He loves jazz music, mystery novels, and UFO/alien-related content — he hopes to meet an alien one day.

Bethany enjoys the learning opportunities at Rosemount. She collects military antiques, cooks, and explores new cuisines — and owns a rare CT12-IM gas mask.
